Just goes to show that hard work really does pay off, as Cody and his girlfriend, Audrey Fierro, eventually went on their date to a restaurant called Safari Pizza in Oakdale, California. When they had arrived, they were amazed to find that because of the viral story, their meal was on the house.
Cody said: “When I got in there and they sat me down, everybody went “Aww.””
